WCA aligns with Nick Spano’s firm

The Westchester County Association has formed an alliance with Empire Strategic Planning, a lobbying firm owned by former state Sen. Nick Spano.

In announcing the partnership, WCA President William Mooney said it was to create an “early warning system” about pending legislation that would affect its members in the business community.
